KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

• Report to work sites with all required tools and materials, as instructed by the PFM;
• Surface preparation of various substrates, including: precast concrete, structural concrete, brick masonry, EFS. stucco, metal to metal, glass to metal; removal of existing sealant may be required;
• Performing duties such as joint sealants and caulking, firestopping, needle glazing and structural caulking, architectural and traffi c expansion joints;
• Install air and vapor barrier systems where and when required, as directed by your manager;
• Install thermal insulation/mineral wool when and where required, as directed by your manager;
• Apply perimeter sealant application (i.e. concrete/precast/EIFS/bricks to window frame) in accordance with industry standards;
• Dome/cap bead application at ‘glass to metal’ and ‘metal to metal’ window frame joinery in accordance with industry standards;
• Complete all safety and related job paperwork;
• Advise PFM or Supervisor of any problems or concerns;
