When is the estimated time for the completion of construction?

Expected completion is in 2025, Quarter 2 (April and May), allowing the return process to start in Q3. Given the limitations of elevators, the return process is expected to span a few months.

When will tenants be notified about the start of the return process?

In line with TCHC's general practice, tenants will receive a relocation notice one year before the relocation begins.

Is there a possibility for tenants to visit their chosen units before finalizing their decisions?

As the unit selection process start before construction completion, site visits are not feasible and securing photos of completed units at the time of unit selection is unlikely.
